Not only is chamomile a great tasting tea, it has numerous health benefits ranging from healing wounds, anxiety relief, easing skin conditions such as eczema, relieving pain and reducing inflammation. When diffused, you wouldn't believe it, but the smell resembles that of a green apple with a bit of a herbaceous twist.
 
NOTE: While essential oils are very beneficial, they must be used appropriately. Do not use topically or orally if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
