When someone says "eucalyptus", what first comes to mind are those cute little Koalas, as eucalyptus is their primary source of food. But, what you may not know is that eucalyptus is used to help treat chest congestion, helps you breath easier, treats infections, controls blood sugar, and can soothe cold sores.
 
NOTE: While essential oils are very beneficial, they must be used appropriately. Do not use topically or orally if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
