Veggie Mushroom



  • 1 vegan sausage

  • 1/2 cup fresh organic chopped kale

  • 1/4 cup organic chopped red onion

  • 1/2 cup fresh cut organic chopped spinach

  • Pinch of garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper

  • 6 small organic chopped mushrooms

  • Organic vegetable Oil


  1. In a pan, heat the oil until it's shimmering

  2. Cut up the sausage into small pieces

  3. Mix in the chopped veggies

  4. Stir gently and add your seasoning

  5. Cook until the mushrooms are tender
