Pinch of garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper

6 small organic chopped mushrooms

Organic vegetable Oil
DIRECTIONS

In a pan, heat the oil until it's shimmering

Cut up the sausage into small pieces

Mix in the chopped veggies

Stir gently and add your seasoning

Cook until the mushrooms are tender
