Veggie Fruit Delight



  • Sea Moss

  • Mama Chia Seeds

  • Black Chia Seeds

  • White Chia Seeds

  • One opened pill of Enechinacea (pour powder in - it's healthy for the immune system)

  • Kale

  • Kiwi

  • Spinach

  • Apples

  • Peaches


  1. Blend Kale, Kiwi, Spinach, Apples, and Peaches until the mixture is finely blended.

  2. While blending, pour in 1 cups of water and 1 1/2 cups of ice and liquefy.

  3. Once everything has been blended, add in the remaining ingredients and blend until you feel as though it is well mixed together.

  4. Feel free to experiment with the amount of water and ice you blend in; this is what determines the consistency of the smoothie.
