Vegan Sausage 'N Veggies Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package vegan sausage

  • 3 cobs of corn

  • 1/2 bag of baby organic potatoes

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

  • 3 cloves of fresh garlic

  • Cayenne pepper (organic)

  • Garlic powder (organic)

  • Chili powder  (organic)

  • 2 teaspoons of vegan organic butter

  • 1 cup organic vegetable broth

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice up the sausages into small pieces

  2. Remove corn from the cob

  3. Dice the garlic and basil

  4. Cut the potatoes in half

  5. Place everything into the crock pot

  6. Melt the butter in a separate container 

  7. After the butter is melted, stir in the cayenne pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and vegetable broth

  8. Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the crock pot

  9. Cook on high until the potatoes and sausage are done
