Spicy Chicken & Shrimp Meal



  • 2 Boneless skinless organic chicken breasts

  • 2 Small jalapenos - sliced

  • 1-2 Cans of organic corn 

  • 1 Cup diced grape tomatoes

  • 1/4 Cup diced white onions

  • 1 Package medium, deveined, peeled, tail off shrimp

  • 1 Tsp Cayenne pepper seasoning

  • 1 Tsp Black pepper seasoning

  • 1 Tsp Garlic powder

  • 1 Tsp Paprika seasoning

  • 1 Tsp All season seasoning 

  • 1 Tsp Toronto steak seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil


  1. Chop all veggies and the chicken prior to starting and place the veggies, chicken and shrimp into separate containers

  2. Pre-mix the seasoning in a small container and lightly cover the chicken and shrimp (season to your taste)

  3. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil at medium-high heat

  4. Place the shrimp into the pan and cook for a minute or so on each side

  5. Now, pour in the remaining ingredients and stir until mixed thoroughly

  6. Cook for about 10 minutes (or until the shrimp and chicken are cooked)

  7. Stir occasionally throughout the process to make sure nothing sticks to the pan and your meat is cooked evenly and all the way through
