Salmon & Grilled Veggies Meal


  • 1 Small white onion sliced

  • 1/4 Cup chopped basil

  • 1 Tsp Cayenne pepper seasoning

  • 1 Tsp Chili pepper seasoning

  • 1 Tsp Toronto steak seasoning

  • 1 Large piece of salmon (boneless)

  • 1 Green bell pepper sliced into strips

  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced into strips


  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees

  2. Season the salmon with the ingredients mentioned (or come up with your own favorite flavoring)

  3. Place the salmon on a non-stick baking sheet or in a glass (oven safe) dish

  4. Now, take your chopped veggies and place them to the side of the salmon

  5. Sprinkle on your seasoning mixture (mostly on the salmon then move to the veggies if desired)

  6. Top with basil and place into the oven

  7. Cook for approximately 10-12 minutes (cooking times may vary between ovens so check often). To tell if it's done, take a knife, press down on the thickest part of the fish and if it flakes and has a nice pink-ish color then it should be ready to take out
