INGREDIENTS

2 organic roma tomatoes

Fresh mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

1 crowns organic broccolli
-
1/2 organic green bell pepper
-
1/2 organic red bell pepper
-
Vegetable oil
-
Oregano seasoning
-
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS

Slice the tomatoes and veggies into small pieces
-
Dice the basil
-
Cut the mozzarella cheese into small chunks
-
Place everything into a mixing bowl and drizzle vegetable oil over the ingredients (to your liking)

Top with oregano, salt and pepper to your taste

Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy
