Mediterranean Salad



  • 2 organic roma tomatoes

  • Fresh mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

  • 1 crowns organic broccolli

  • 1/2 organic green bell pepper

  • 1/2 organic red bell pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Oregano seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Slice the tomatoes and veggies into small pieces

  2. Dice the basil

  3. Cut the mozzarella cheese into small chunks 

  4. Place everything into a mixing bowl and drizzle vegetable oil over the ingredients (to your liking)

  5. Top with oregano, salt and pepper to your taste

  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy
