INGREDIENTS

3 organic farm fresh chicken breasts

1 box of organic penne pasta
-
1 container of jerk chick sauce
-
Papricka
-
Cayenne pepper
-
All purpose seasoning
-
1/2 red bell pepper
-
1/2 green bell pepper
-
1/2 small yellow onion
-
1/2 cup chopped basil
-
Vegetable oil
OPTIONAL:
If you want to divert from a little from the healthy route add:
-
2 cups heavy cream
-
1 cup parmesan cheese
NOTE: The jerk chicken sauce above can either be cooked with the chicken so that it is soaked into the meat OR it can be poured in at the end.
DIRECTIONS

Cut chicken breasts into strips
-
Dice red and green bell peppers along with the yellow onion and basil
-
Place pasta into the pan and lightly pour on a little of the vegetable oil
-
Put the chicken and diced ingredients into the pan
-
Top with the jerk chicken sauce and seasoning
-
Stir together and cook over medium heat until done
OPTIONAL:
If you're wanting to add the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, make sure you stir in with the other ingredients above until thoroughly mixed.
