Chicken and Veggies



  • 1 package  organic baby corn

  • 2 organic chicken breasts diced

  • 1 package organic grape tomatoes

  • 1 small organic red onion chopped

  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped basil

  • Organic vegetable oil

  • Paprika seasoning

  • Salt and pepper

  • Garlic powder


  1. Soak the chick in a mixture of water and salt for 15 minutes prior to cooking

  2. Saute the onions until soft prior to cooking

  3. Rise off and pat-dry the chicken and dice into small pieces

  4. Drizzle the chicken in vegetable oil

  5. And sprinkle your seasoning mixture over the chicken and vegetables

  6. Toss until the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated 

  7. Place everything in a pan and cook over medium heat until the chicken is cooked


Place ingredients on a skewer and serve
